City Construction Partners, the in-house construction company for Court Square, has experience with ground up construction as well as large scale renovations throughout New York City. City Construction performs as a Construction Manager with either a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) or as a General Contractor through a Fixed Price Agreement. City Construction’s involvement in the development begins during initial project underwriting and analysis. Managing the construction phase of development internally creates a synergy and an alignment of interests while allowing for greater control of the process through additional oversight.
